Technology is here to stay.  By understanding the effects of technology and social media on the brain, on our lives, and on our civilization we can learn how to navigate it more safely together.

This film, by the producers of SCREENAGERS and ANGST, strives to inspire people of all ages to self-regulate their technology use, especially kids. It doesn’t focus on blame, but rather it encourages people to look in the mirror and feel empowered to create balance in their lives and learn to be there for each other.  Includes post-film panel of experts, followed by Q&A.  Rec: 11+.
